Recently a number of new admin interface enhancements have been implemented. This was not a major overhaul of the interface but an incremental usability enhancement. Here is a quick rundown of all of the new features added to the interface:
- A reorganized menu structure
- New communication features with organizations in the system
- A new historical view of all emails that a Big Give administrator has sent out to organizations
- Ability to delete an organization that doesn’t have any donation records associated with it
- Numerous new reports
- Memorandum of Understanding report
- EIN report
- Projects report
- Hourly donations report
- Ability to manage donor profiles
- Ability to split cash/check donations from a donor across multiple organizations
Our new interface is neater, more organized, and full of new user-friendly features.
