The new Memorandum of Understanding agreement, or MOU, is another feature requested by our community that recently went live. We love listening to platform user feedback, and strive to implement new ways to more efficiently run their giving day events.
If the Big Give administrator elects to use this feature, they are able to apply their own Memorandum of Understanding for their organizations directly to the site. When a new organization signs up they must agree to the MOU as part of that process.
If a returning organization from a previous year chooses to participate again, they will be presented with the MOU and asked to agree to it upon their first log in for the year. This way every organization must agree to the current MOU every year.
The organizations also have access to a copy of the MOU from their new Dashboard in version 2.0 of the Non Profit Admin Interface.
